| One body recovered in I-94 semi crash into Red Cedar River |

A semi truck that slid off I-94 early this morning and was submerged in the Red Cedar River has been pulled out. Shortly after 10 a.m., both eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 between Exits 42 and 45 were reopened after being closed to traffic since 4 a.m.
